Who operates Riftools

Riftools is currently operated by Francois Fillion as an independent fan project. Contact: [email protected].

Data we collect

• Basic technical data sent by your browser, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, through hosting and security providers.
• Analytics events if you accept analytics cookies, such as page views, filter use, deck opens, navigation events, and error events.
• Aggregated product metrics used to understand which Riftools pages and tools are useful.

Data we do not collect yet

Riftools does not currently offer public accounts, payments, subscriptions, or user-uploaded decklists. If account login, payments, or premium features are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are launched.

Why we use data

• To operate and secure the website.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful.
• To debug errors, slow pages, and broken user flows.
• To improve tournament, decklist, card, legend, and matchup analysis.

Analytics

Riftools uses PostHog analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics is configured without session recording and without personal profiles unless a future account feature requires a separate update.

Service providers

Riftools may use providers including Render for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/security, GitHub for source control and deployment workflows, and PostHog for analytics.

Your choices

• You can reject analytics cookies and continue using Riftools.
• You can clear your browser storage to reset your cookie choice.
• You can contact Riftools to ask privacy questions or request deletion of data that can reasonably be associated with you.
